Kcalzone 1.0 for iPhone · iOS 17 or later
Write to 110274593+grandananas@users.noreply.github.com. It reaches the person who built the app. Say which iPhone and iOS version you are on if the question is about something not working.
The estimate is off
It will be, sometimes; that is why every result shows its range. Open the meal, tap the ingredient that looks wrong, and slide the amount. Kcalzone remembers the portion for next time. For dishes with hidden oil or sauce, add an ingredient for it; the assumptions row under a result says what was and was not counted.
It said the photo was a rough guess
Low light, a plate photographed from the side, or food under a lid all lower confidence. Shoot from above, in daylight if you can, with the whole plate in frame. The capture screen tells you when a photo is likely to estimate badly before it sends anything.
Barcode not found
Barcodes are looked up on Open Food Facts, which is large but not complete. If a product is missing, log it from the label with Add food, and it is saved to your foods for next time.
Apple Health is not syncing
Open the Health app, tap your profile, then Apps, then Kcalzone, and check that steps, active energy and weight are allowed in both directions. Kcalzone mirrors what you log and reads what Health has; it never passes any of it through a server.
Cancelling Kcalzone Pro
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Kcalzone. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period already paid.
Deleting everything
Delete the app. There is no account, so there is nothing left anywhere else. Export a PDF summary from Settings first if you want to keep a record.
